Dr. Britt Green (she/her) joined Dartmouth as an Assistant Dean in the Undergraduate Deans Office with a deep commitment to student success, mentorship, and expanding access to educational opportunities. She earned her Ph.D. in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds an M.A. in Cultural Studies from Dartmouth College and a B.A. in Humanities, Religion, and Cultural Studies from the University of Central Florida.

Prior to returning to Dartmouth, Britt served as Director of the McNair Scholars Program and co-founded the Opportunities for Undergraduate Research and Graduate Professional Study (OUR GPS) program at Vermont State University, where she supported first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students. She is passionate about advising and helping students explore opportunities and resources on campus, including undergraduate research and pathways to graduate and professional programs.

Outside of work, Britt enjoys binge-watching TV, reading celebrity memoirs, and spending time with her husband and senior Boxer dog, Lola.
